We understand that your pets are your family and their safety is important to us. Being a small family owned and operated clinic has it's challenges and leaves us with only a few hours in a week for family time. If you require emergency care out of hours then we encourage being seen by a 24 hour staffed facility. These are centres dedicated to the ongoing care of your pet when it really matters. We have provided details of a 24 hour staffed veterinary hospital below. Business hours emergencies are triaged and the clinic should be contacted immediately for assistance.

These are dedicated emergency centres which are staffed 24/7 (except in extenuating services). They provide the safest ongoing care for your pets in the case of life threatening emergencies. The costs will reflect the extra wage loading, equipment and expertise required in these situations. Comparable to ED or ICU at a hospital.

A variety of clinics provide an on call service (not 24/7 staffed) or may be open on Sundays if you require urgent care. A single vet and their experience level will be responsible for your care. A great option for non life threatening conditions. Comparable to a walk in GP clinic.
